Arbaaz Khan and his wife, Shura Khan, have embraced parenthood by welcoming a baby girl. The couple took to Instagram to announce this happy news and revealed their daughter’s name as well. They have named their newborn Sipaara Khan.
Revealing the name, the couple wrote, “Welcome Baby Girl, Sipaara Khan. Love Shura and Arbaaz.” In the caption, they wrote, “Alhamdulillah.”
Earlier, while speaking to ETimes, Arbaaz talked about becoming a father again. He said, “It’s a very exciting time in both our lives. We are happy and excited. We’re going to welcome this new life in our life.”
He added, “Everybody tends to be nervous. Any person would feel (the nerves); I’m also getting into fatherhood now after some time. It’s a fresh new feeling for me all over again. I’m excited. I’m happy and I’m looking forward. It’s just giving me a new sense of happiness or responsibility. I’m kind of liking that.”
Talking about the kind of parent he wants to be, the actor added, “There are no categories. You just have to be like a parent who is good. A good parent is someone who’s around for their child, who’s attentive, who’s probably caring, loving and is doing the best to provide to the child. That’s all that I want to be.”
Arbaaz met Shura on the sets of ‘Patna Shukla’. In an earlier interview with ETimes, he shared, “The film (Patna Shukla) turned out to be special for more reasons than one… It was always a special film even before I got to know that someone like Shura even existed, as I met her only on the sets for the first time, before that I had never heard about her or met her.”

Arbaaz already has a son Arhaan, from his previous marriage with Malaika Arora.
