The wedding of Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare has been making waves since when the groom showed up at the venue wearing shorts and a black workout vest. A celebrity fitness trainer named Shikhare decided to interrupt the registration ceremony, jogging the entire 8 kilometers with his Baraati buddies, while Ira was decked out in a stunning lehenga, aptly expressing his athleisure-based line of work. Both the marriage celebration and the signing ceremony took place at the Taj Land End in Mumbai. The groom, however, quickly changed into clothes appropriate for the situation.

Meanwhile, Ira was noticed by online users donning a lehenga and a traditional Kolhapuri chappal. She didn’t decide to forgo her sports watch for the wedding photos either. Since 2022, the couple has been engaged. While opinions on Nupur’s attire for the signing event are still mixed among online users, Anupam Mittal of Shaadi Dot Com posted a lighthearted comment on X/Twitter.
