After the success of Netflix’s Mismatched, YouTuber Prajakta Koli will return to the OTT space with her web series ‘Andhera’. This horror-thriller also stars Priya Bapat and Karanvir Malhotra in the lead roles. Without revealing much about the show’s plot, the makers have unveiled its first look and announced the release date.
Andhera OTT Release Date:
Andhera will release on Prime Video on August 14 and will have a total of eight episodes.
Announcing the release date, the makers wrote, “Brace yourself, this Andhera doesn’t just haunt, it hunts.”

Talking about the show, creator Gaurav Desai said in a statement, “Making Andhera has been one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had. I’ve always been drawn to horror and the supernatural, so finally putting something out there in these genres feels surreal. From the start, the idea was to create something that wasn’t just scary, but stayed with you—something that made you uneasy in a quiet and lasting way.”

‘Andhera’ also stars Surveen Chawla, Vatsal Sheth, Parvin Dabas, and Pranay Pachauri in pivotal roles. The show is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Kassim Jagmagia, Mohit Shah, and Karan Anshuman under the banner of Excel Entertainment. It is written by Gaurav Desai, Raaghav Dar, Chintan Sarda, and Karan Anshuman, and directed by Raaghav Dar.
