Amaran: Rajinikanth Meets Sivakarthikeyan After Film’s Success; Congratulates Kamal Haasan

Sivakarthikeyan has returned to the big screen with his new movie ‘Amaran’ and has been receiving an amazing response from the audience. Superstar Rajinikanth also congratulated the team of ‘Amaran’ on the film’s success and met everyone. For the unversed, ‘Amaran’ is produced by actor Kamal Haasan’s production house Raaj Kamal Films and Rajinikanth shares a close bond with the ‘Vikram’ actor. 

Sharing the pictures, the official page of Raaj Kamal Films wrote, “#Superstar @rajinikanth enjoyed watching his friend Kamal Haasan’s ‘Amaran’ starring Sivakarthikeyan and directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. The superstar called up his friend Kamal Haasan yesterday and expressed his heartfelt appreciation for making the film. Also, Sivakarthikeyan, the hero of Amaran, Director Rajkumar Periyasamy, Producer R. Mahendran personally met the team of Amaran including cinematographer Sai and expressed his appreciation and congratulations.”

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who has worked with Kamal Haasan in ‘Vikram’, also praised ‘Amaran’. ‘Amaran’ is based on the true story of Major Mukund Varadarajan, who was posthumously awarded the Ashok Chakra. The film also stars Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, Lallu, Shreekumar, Shyam Mohan and Shyamaprasad in the pivotal roles.
