Allu Arjun, the star of Pushpa 2, recently shared that he did not adhere to a “strict” diet for the film, emphasizing that it is a “family film.” The 41-year-old actor, known for adjusting his diet and fitness regimen based on the requirements of each project, revealed that while his breakfast remains consistent, his lunch and dinner vary significantly. “Breakfast is mostly the same. Always filled with eggs. The last meal of the day…depends. Many times, chocolate binge,” he told Pinkvilla.

Arjun opened up about his morning routine, stating, “I run for 45 minutes to one hour on an empty stomach.” He mentioned that he works out seven days a week if he has the energy, but may only exercise three days a week if he feels “lazy.” The actor, who enjoys calisthenics, believes that fitness is more about mindset than just physical appearance. “It is very important to have a healthy life than a good body,” he asserted.
