Allu Arjun Surpasses Shah Rukh Khan, Thalapathy Vijay And Other Stars To Become Highest Paid Actor In India: Report

Allu Arjun has reportedly taken Rs 300 crore as his fees for Pushpa 2.

Allu Arjun has reached new heights of success after his film ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ became a blockbuster. He is now gearing up for the release of its sequel which has created massive hype among fans. According to the latest reports, the actor has charged a huge amount for his fees in ‘Pushpa 2’ and has established his name as the highest-paid actor in India.

According to a report by Track Tollywood, Allu Arjun charged a whopping Rs 300 crore for ‘Pushpa The Rule’ and has left several other big actors behind. Thalapathy Vijay earlier took Rs 200 crore for his Tamil film ‘GOAT’ aka ‘The Greatest Of All Time’. Stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and Akshay Kumar are also known for paying huge amount of fees for their movies.

At a recent promotional press meet in Hyderabad, Mythri Movies producer Ravi Shankar revealed that ‘Pushpa 2’ has already earned ₹425 crore through non-theatrical business and is expected to reach ₹1000 crore with theatrical rights. According to industry sources, the movie has sold its theatrical rights for ₹600 crore.

About Pushpa 2: 

Apart from Allu Arjun, ‘Pushpa 2’ also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles. In ‘Pushpa The Rise’, Samantha Ruth Prabhu did a dance number ‘O Antava’, which became a sensation. For the ‘Pushpa The Rule’, actress Sreeleela has reportedly been roped in for the dance number.

The trailer of ‘Pushpa 2’ will reportedly be launched in Patna. The cast will also travel to several cities for the promotion. The movie will release on December 5, 2024.
