‘Alice In Borderland Season 3’ stars Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya in the lead roles. Hayato Isomura, Ayaka Miyoshi, Katsuya Maiguma, Koji Ohkura, Risa Sudou, Hiroyuki Ikeuchi, Tina Tamashiro, Kotaro Daigo, Hyunri, Sakura Kiryu, Yugo Mikawa, Joey Iwanaga, Akana Ikeda and Kento Kaku will be seen in pivotal roles.
Kento Yamazaki, who plays Arisu in the show, talked about his experience of working on the third season. He shared, “Since Arisu and Usagi are split into separate teams, I found it interesting to see the different atmospheres and character dynamics within each group. Over the seasons, the characters have become so beloved by fans, and I think that’s why the audience can really empathise with them during the life-or-death moments.”
Tao Tsuchiya, who is seen as Usagi, added, “Everything Usagi has experienced in the past seasons is now part of her story, so whenever I needed to, I would go back and rewatch Seasons 1 and 2. With Season 3 featuring an original story, I felt it was important to approach this role with everything that’s happened so far in mind.”
“As the players become more desperate, everyone’s performances become more intense and dramatic. I think this game really captures the essence of Alice in Borderland — it’s about life and death, and about discovering how you truly want to live,” she further revealed.

Directed by Shinsuke Sato, the show is based on the manga ‘Alice in Borderland’ by Haro Aso and published by Shogakukan. In the new season, Arisu and Usagi are seen happily married after surviving the strange yet deadly world. The plot is set a few years after the ending of season two, and Arisu and Usagi have forgotten what happened in the borderland. They have to face the deadly situations once again as the final card, Joker, comes into the picture.
