About Gangubai Kathiawadi
The film, that was loosely built on the life of Ganga Jagjivandas Kathiawadi. It garnered a standing ovation from the audience at the Berlin Film Festival.
Gangubai Kathiawadi also stars Ajay Devgn, Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz, Indira Tiwari, Seema Pahwa and Varun Kapoor in pivotal roles.
The Alia Bhatt starrer trended at #1 in Non-English films globally on Netflix and in the Top 10 in 25 countries from Australia, Canada to the United Kingdom. Gangubai Kathiawadi was released on February 25, 2022.
