New Delhi: After the success of Darlings, Alia Bhatt though to take a babymoon break from work. Away from promotional tours and shutterbugs, Alia and Ranbir jetted off to Italy yesterday for their babymoon. As per reports, Ranbir and Alia have taken a short break for around a week to spend some time with each other.
Now Alia on Tuesday, shared a picture from her Italy vacay along with hubby Ranbir Kapoor and captioned it as, “Eternally grateful for this sunshine – THANK YOU for al the love my lovesssss.” In the photo, Alia looks like a ray of sunshine. The pregancy glow is ofcourse unmissable.
Reacting to Alia’s post, mom-to-be Sonam Kapoor took to the comment section and wrote, “I went there for my Babymoon too! It’s literally the best! Have fun!”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia’s maiden production Darlings was recently released on Netflix and it has been receiving positive responses ever since. The dark comedy film also featured Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, and Roshan Matthew.
Apart from this, the actress is currently gearing up for the release of Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra with Ranbir. This is the first time that the couple will be collaborating for a movie. Brahmastra also features Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna.
Next, the Gangubai actress will star in Jee Le Zara, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, and Hollywood film, Heart Of Stone.
Ranbir, on the other hand, will feature in Animal, and Luv Ranjan’s yet-to-be-titled film with Shraddha Kapoor.
Alia and Ranbir announvced their pregnancy on June 27. After dating for 5 years, they finally tied the knott on April 14, 2022. They got married in a private affair at their Vastu residence in Bandra, Mumbai.
