New Delhi: Brahmastra, starring Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, is releasing this Friday. Prior to the adventure drama’s theatrical release, the couple and the movie’s producers are taking care to generate enough buzz. In Mumbai, a special showing of the films was scheduled for Monday which was attended by both Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.

The couple was also accompanied by Alia’s sister Shaheen Bhatt and the director Ayan Mukerji. For the occasion, Alia was dressed in an olive green long dress with a denim jacket over it and high heels. Ranbir, on the other hand, kept it casual as he wore a white t-shirt teamed with blue denim and shoes. The actor was also seen sporting a matching mask and cap.

Speaking of “Brahmastra,” the movie has, in just two and a half days, surpassed the advance booking of “RRR” (Hindi) and “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.” According to reports, the movie, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy, is off to a strong start at the box office. Trade analysts predict that Brahmastra will open with $20 million at the box office. The movie reportedly cost Rs 410 crore to produce, making it the most expensive Hindi movie ever.
