Television favourite Arjun Bijlani has emerged as the winner of Ashneer Grover’s reality show Rise and Fall, defeating 15 other contestants to lift the trophy. The actor, who is also a part of Laughter Chefs, shared his excitement and spoke about his future plans, including whether he might enter Bigg Boss next year.
In an exclusive conversation with IANS, Arjun said he’s taking things one day at a time. “I take each day as it comes. It is time for Diwali right now, so I just plan to celebrate. Now, Bigg Boss will come next year, we will see then,” he shared with a smile.
Reflecting on his journey in Rise and Fall, Arjun expressed gratitude for the experience and his fellow contestants. “Rise and Fall proved that every fall is just a step toward rising stronger. This journey was anything but easy — each day brought a new challenge, a new lesson, and a new reason to keep going. The twists, the tension, the friendships, and the rivalries tested me in ways I never imagined. Winning feels surreal. I want to thank each player who’s been a part of Rise and Fall,” he said.
He also gave a special shout-out to fellow contestants Aarush and Arbaz for supporting him during the finale, saying, “Without them, this wouldn’t have been possible.”
When asked how he managed to maintain his mental balance during the high-pressure competition, Arjun credited his family and faith. “I had a photo of Neha and Ayaan with me, and I used to draw strength from that. I also have deep faith in Lord Ganesha. Every morning, I would wake up early and take His name, reminding myself not to do anything I might regret later. And today, I can proudly say that I came out of that tower as the winner with no regrets at all.”

For the unversed, Rise and Fall is the Indian adaptation of the hit British reality show and is hosted by Ashneer Grover.
The theme of ‘Rise and Fall’ has left the viewers intrigued. Contestants are divided into two groups: the Rulers and the Workers. The Rulers live in a luxurious penthouse, making the decisions and the Workers are supposed to live in the basement and do tasks to earn money for the prize pot.
Apart from Arjun Bijlani, other contestants were: Kiku Sharda, Kubbra Sait, Sangeeta Phogat, Anaya Bangar, Aarush Bhola, Bali, Akriti Negi, Dhanashree Verma, Aditya Narayan, Aahana Kumra, Nayandeep Rakshit, Arbaz Patel, and Pawan Singh.
