Backstage Tension And Emotional Support

Jasleen also expressed her confusion over what went wrong technically. She said, “Kal problem kya hua tha? In-ears phat kyu rahe the mere?” (What happened yesterday? Why were my in-ears bursting?).

Despite the criticism, Jasleen was seen hugging her parents and receiving encouragement from her team before stepping on stage again. She addressed the crowd with gratitude, saying, “I have been nervous, it has been overwhelming. But thank you for keeping your faith in me. It means a lot.”

She further revealed, about her anxiety “I don’t want people to think, ‘Why is she here? We just want Coldplay.’ I’m a self-taught musician… I know I’m not perfect, but I try to give people a great experience.”

Not only people and online trollers criticise her performance but industry figures such as Vishal Dadlani, Sona Mohapatra and Antara Mitra also were disappointed of her act.
