Shah Rukh Khan has been making headlines for his upcoming film ‘Dunki,’ while Ranveer Singh is busy shooting for his upcoming movies. Fans were expecting to see Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Don 3,’ but now it’s confirmed that the film is in the hands of Ranveer Singh. Now, Ranveer Singh has not only stepped into Shah Rukh Khan’s shoes in “Don,” but there’s word that besides “Don 3,” he might be involved in another project where he could replace King Khan
The South Indian film industry consistently produces exceptional films, with director Lokesh Kanagaraj having delivered outstanding movies collaborating with superstars like Kamal Haasan and Thalapathy Vijay in films like ‘Vikram’ and ‘Master.’ Currently, there’s buzz around Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘Thalaivar 171,’ in which he has teamed up with megastar Rajinikanth.
While the film’s title is yet to be finalized, it marks Rajinikanth’s 171st film, announced back in September. It is speculated that the film’s shooting may commence in April next year.
As reported by TV9, it suggests that Lokesh Kanagaraj initially approached Shah Rukh Khan for a special cameo in the film, aiming to have him share the screen with Rajinikanth. However, Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly declined the offer to do this special cameo.
After Shah Rukh Khan declined the project, Lokesh reached out to Ranveer Singh. It is said that Ranveer liked the idea of playing a cameo role, but he wants to listen to the entire script first. If Ranveer gives his approval for this cameo, it will be another project for him after ‘Don 3’ where he will be replacing Shah Rukh.
