New Delhi: Prakash Raj who played the popular role of 'Jaykant Shikre' in Singham movie is facing backlash once again for his unfiltered statement but this time he has taken a dig at India's Moon Mission. The actor is getting criticism for mocking India's ongoing Moon Mission. Taking to Twitter, Prakash posted a caricature of Ex-ISRO Chief K Sivan pouring tea. The actor shared the picture of the Ex-ISRO chief,  with a caption, ''BREAKING NEWS:- First picture coming from the Moon by #VikramLander Wowww #justasking." Right after that, Twitteratis wasted no time and instantly started trolling the actor.

Angry Twitteratis

One user wrote, 'You can an individual political party or politicians but hating scientists and their hard works is unacceptable'. Another such user commented, 'This guy enjoyed everything from this country and behave like Rahul Gandhi.' Meanwhile, it is not the first time that the actor has attracted such criticism. A user said, 'He is a typical liberal, a real traitor !!', another one wrote, 'Don't give a damm to this fool...his behaviour is pushing people to hate actors and performers.' The actor has been engaged in such kinds of acts in the past also.

India in spotlight

A lot of hopes are tied to Indian space organisation ISRO's ongoing moon mission- Chandrayaan-3's Vikram Lander. The module has completed its de-boosting manoeuvre operations and is levitating over the Moon's south pole, underway internal checks and looking for potential landing sites. This is a follow-up of Chandrayaan-2, which tried a soft landing on the moon four years ago in September 2019, however, it failed in the final stage. On the other front, Russia's moon mission Luna-25 also attempted a moon landing on Sunday but failed miserably after it collided with the lunar surface. (Written By- Mahek Nigam)
