New Delhi: On one side Aamir Khan is gearing up for his upcoming release Laal Singh Chaddha, but on the other side, netizens are readily trending the hashtag #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha. Yesterday, speaking on the trend Akshay Kumar expressed his displeasure.
Now, Aamir Khan has opened up on the boycott calls. Addressing a press conference, Aamir said, “If I have hurt anyone by any means, I regret it. I don’t want to hurt anyone. If someone doesn’t want to watch the film, I’d respect their sentiment.”
Aamir made these statements while attending an event celebrating 25 years of PVR Cinemas. he was way humble while addressing the media.
“But I would like as many people as possible to watch the film. We have put in a lot of hardwork. Filmmaking is a team effort. There are so many people associated with it. It’s not just me,” the actor added.
He further said that he is bit nervous regarding Laal Singh Chaddha’s release and has not slpt for last 48hrs. “I am very nervous right now. It’s been 48 hours and I have not slept. I am not joking, I am not able to sleep. My brain is in overdrive, so I read books or play chess online. I will be able to sleep only after August 11.”

Well earlier, there was a buzz that the trolls were ‘paid’ as a promotional stunt, to which direct of the film Advait Chandan. In a hilarious Instagram post, he wrote, “I am told there are people being paid to troll Aamir Sir. This deeply upsetting to hear and it’s outright unfair. Why have I been trolling him for free?” and added the hashtag #PayEveryTroll.
