Salman Khan, the Bollywood superstar, has delivered countless blockbusters. However, some of his projects, despite their potential, were shelved before completion. Here’s a list of his much-talked-about films that never saw the light of day:
1. Inshallah
Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were set to reunite after Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam with this ambitious project starring Alia Bhatt. However, creative differences between the actor and the director led to its shelving.
2. Jerry McGuire Remake (2007)
Sohail Khan planned a Bollywood adaptation of Jerry McGuire with Salman and Shah Rukh Khan in lead roles. Sadly, the project never took off.
3. Dus (1997)
Directed by Mukul Anand, the film starred Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Tragically, Anand’s untimely death halted the movie. The iconic song Suno Gaur Se Duniya Walon is from this incomplete film.
4. Chori Mera Kaam (1995)
Salman and Kajol, along with Suniel Shetty and Shilpa Shetty, began filming this romantic drama. However, it was shelved after the first schedule.

5. Ankh Micholi (1992)
Years before Judwaa, Salman was set to play twins in Anees Bazmee’s directorial. His hesitation about dual roles caused the movie to be dropped.
6. Gherao (1991)
Post Khamoshi: The Musical, Salman and Manisha Koirala teamed up for Rajkumar Santoshi’s Gherao. The project stalled after the mahurat ceremony.
7. Rann Kshetra (1990)
Salman reunited with his Maine Pyar Kiya co-star Bhagyashree for this film. It was shelved due to Bhagyashree’s marriage.
8. Handsome
Salman was cast alongside Sangeeta Bijlani and Nagma in this romantic drama. Unfortunately, the project never moved beyond its announcement.
