XAT 2026 Admit Card: The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) is set to release the XAT 2026 Admit Card soon. Candidates can expect to download their hall tickets in the next 24 to 48 hours.
The exam is scheduled on January 4, 2026. It will be conducted in computer-based test mode at around 109 cities across India.
How to download XAT 2026 Admit Card
To download the hall tickets, follow these simple steps:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to xatonline.in.
- Click ‘Login’: You’ll find the login option at the top-right of the homepage.
- Enter Your Details: Provide your XAT ID (received during registration) and Date of Birth or the Password you set.
- Download Admit Card: Look for the “Admit Card / Hall Ticket” tab on your dashboard and click to download the PDF file. Save it to your device.
- Print the Admit Card: Print two copies of your admit card (one will be collected at the exam center).
Verify These Days Immediately
Make sure the following details on your admit card are correct:
- Your Name: Ensure your name matches the one on your government ID.
- XAT ID: This should match the confirmation received after registration.
- Test City & Center: Double-check the address and travel time.
- Photograph: Ensure your photo is clear, and carry an extra one if needed.
- PwD/Scribe Status: If applicable, ensure this is mentioned correctly.
XAT Exam 2026: What to expect
The exam is scheduled on January 4, 2026.
- Reporting Time: 12:30 PM (make sure you arrive on time).
- Gate Close: 1:30 PM (latecomers won’t be allowed entry).
- Security Check: Expect to go through a metal detector and frisking.
XAT 2026 Exam Pattern
The XAT 2026 exam will be divided into three sections:
- Part 1 (175 minutes): Includes Verbal and Logical Ability (VALR), Decision Making, and Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (QADI).
- Part 2 (5 minutes): A mock keyboard test.
- Part 3 (30 minutes): General Knowledge (GK) and an Essay Writing section.
Marking Scheme:
- Negative Marking: -0.25 for each wrong answer.
- Unattempted Questions: -0.10 for each unattempted question after 8 unattempted questions.
- No Negative Marking in the General Knowledge section.
- Tie-Breaker: The decision-making section often plays a role in tie-breaking.
