The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board, WBJEEB will initiate the registration for WBJEE Counselling 2025 on August 28, 2025. Candidates who wish to apply for the counselling round may get the direct link through the WBJEEB official website wbjeeb.nic.in.
The registration process will stop on September 1, 2025. Candidates may edit and lock their choices till September 1, 2025. The Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on September 3, 2025. The payment of seat acceptance fee will be done from September 3 to September 7, 2025.
Any candidate who has met all the eligibility conditions and secured a rank (GMR/PMR) in WBJEE-2025 and/or JEE(Main)-2025 examination can register for counselling. There will be two counselling rounds: (1) Allotment and (2) Upgradation.
Candidates who register for counselling will be allowed to be registered at the beginning of Round I. Registration for counselling is necessary to gain admission to the seat. Unregistered candidates will not be considered for any rounds for allocation of seats.
WBJEE Counselling 2025: How To Apply Online
Candidates can follow the steps below to apply for the counselling.
1. Go to the official website of the WBJEEB, wbjeeb.nic.in.
2. Click on the WBJEE Counselling 2025 registration link available on the home page.
3. A new page will open, where candidates will have to fill in the registration details.
4. Click on Submit, and you will be logged into the account.
5. Once done, you have to fill the application form and pay the application fee.
6. Click on Submit and download the confirmation page.
7. Take print out of the confirmation page for future need.
Candidates who want to apply for the counselling are required to pay ₹500/- as registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable.
WBJEE results 2025 was released on August 22, 2025. The final answer key is also released on the same date.
The examination will be conducted on April 27, 2025. The exam was conducted in two shifts – from 11 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. For more related details candidates can check the official website of WBJEE.
