As per the official notice “The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination – 2023 on February 19, 2023 (Sunday) at various centres/places all over India. The Commission has uploaded the e-admit cards of the recruited candidates on its website (http://www.upsc.gov.in).”

- Go to the official site of UPSC at upsc.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on “e-Admit Card: Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023”.
- Enter login details and click on submit.
- The admit card will be displayed on the screen
- Check the admit card and download the page
- Keep a hard copy of the same with you for further need
