UPSC CDS I 2023 Notification: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC CDS I 2023 notification. Candidates who want to apply for Combined Defense Services Examination can also apply online on the official sites of UPSC — upsc.gov.in — — upsconline.nic.in — The last date to apply for the exam is till 10 January 2023.
UPSC CDS I Exam
UPSC CDS (I) exam will be conducted on 16 April 2023 at various exam centres across the country.
The online applications for UPSC CDS (I) have started from 21st December 2022. Interested and eligible candidates can apply till 10 January 2023. The applicant has to first register himself on the One Time Registration (UPSC OTR) platform available on the website of the Commission and then fill out the online application form for the examination.

- Indian Military Academy, Dehradun: 100 Posts
- Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala-Course: 22 Posts
- Air Force Academy, Hyderabad: 32 Posts
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai (Madras): 170 Posts
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai (Madras): 17 Posts

Who can register?
(i) For Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officers Training Academy, Chennai, must possess a degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Must possess a degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute for Indian Naval Academy.
(iii) Must possess a degree (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognized University for the Air Force Academy.

Application fee
General and OBC category candidates will have to deposit an application fee of Rs 200, while women/SC/ST candidates will not have to pay any application fee. Candidates can pay the fee by depositing cash in any branch of SBI, or through Visa/ Master/ Rupay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI Internet Banking.
