UP Board Scholarship 2022: After the release of the Uttar Pradesh Board 12th class result, a scholarship has been announced for the students. This year there have been 11,460 students who have become meritorious students. At the same time, scholarship is given to meritorious students every year by the central government. Under this scholarship, every student has been given Rs 10,000 annually, which means, that 11,460 students who clear the intermediate exam of UP Board will be given 10 thousand rupees annually under this scholarship scheme of the central government.
Eligibility Criteria for the scholarship
The cut-off list of students found eligible for the scholarship was released by the UP Board on Friday. The eligibility of numbers for Arts, Commerce and Science streams has also been mentioned for the scholarship. Students who have scored 347 or more in the Arts stream, 341 or more in Commerce stream and 321 or more in the Science stream are considered eligible for the scholarship. However, apart from these numbers, the student’s family income should be less than Rs.8 lakh.
