UP Board Exam 2023: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is to start the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams 2023 today, February 16. This year, around 58,85,745 students will appear for the UPMSP 10th, and 12th exams 2023. The examination will begin in two shifts- from 8 am to 11:15 am and 2 pm to 5:30 pm.

All the schools have already distributed the admit cards for classes 10th and 12th. Students are advised to carry the hall tickets along with their school ID card at the exam centre. Also reached the exam centre in advance to avoid the rush. This year, the UPMSP will conduct the UP board exams at 8,753 centres across 75 districts with strict vigilance to prevent cheating.

The UP board has already finished all of the necessary preparations for the orderly administration of class 10, and 12 exams. The 14 working days between February 16 and March 4 will be dedicated to the UPMSP class 10th and 12th exams. Stitched answer sheets have been set up to write the UP board exams for the first time this year. The four-colour answer papers feature the board’s emblem and a QR code printed on them. The 20-mark multiple-choice question (MCQ) exam this year is being administered on an OMR sheet.

  • The UP board has also sent out 521 mobile vigilance teams, 455 zonal magistrates, and 1,390 sector magistrates.
  • The government has taken several harsh actions, including FIRs against the centre administrators and NSA action against the imitator.
  • A student shall not be permitted to take any additional tests if found guilty of unfair methods and misconduct (UFM) in or related to any.
  • It is forbidden to bring anything into the test centre, including GPS-enabled mobile phones, communication devices, electronic objects, and restricted things.

For the efficient administration of the UP board class 10, and 12 exams, UPMSP has placed CCTV cameras with audio recorders, DVR router devices, and high-speed internet connections in around 1.43 lakh examination rooms across all testing facilities and approximately 3 lakh spaces on campus. A state-level online control and monitoring centre has been set up. To keep an eye on all delicate and highly delicate examination centres, STF and LIU have been deployed.
