Interested candidates can visit the official website -- tsecet.nic.in -- to submit their online application. To register candidates will key in basic information, make fee payment and book slot selection of help line centre. Those who could not secure a seat earlier can apply for this round. Meanwhile who have already gotten a seat can proceed for the document verification on September 26.
