SSC GD constable 2023: The number of vacancies for the GD constable recruitment class of 2022 has been updated by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The number of vacancies has now been increased from 45,284 to 50187. Candidates can check the notice on the official website ssc.nic.in

SSC GD constable 2023: New vacancy details

As per the new vacancy details, there are now 44439 vacancies for male constables and 5573 vacancies for female constables. There are 21052 vacancies in BSF, 6060 in CISF, 11169 in CRPF, 2274 in SSB, 5642 in ITBP, 3601 in Assam Rifles and 214 in SSF and no vacancy in NIA. There are 175 vacancies in NCB.

SSC GD Constable 2023: How to check the result?

  • First of all, go to the official website ssc.nic.in
  • After that click on the GD Constable 2022 Result link
  • Submit by entering personal details
  • The result will appear on the screen
  • Download a copy of the GD Constable Result and keep it with you.

Exam date

SSC GD Constable Exam 2022 was conducted from January 10 to February 13, 2023. While the answer key of the exam was released on 19 February. Through the recruitment, appointments will be made to the posts of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF in Assam Rifles, Rifleman (GD) and Constable in the Narcotics Control Bureau.

Candidates will be selected after Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination and Document Verification. The result of the recruitment has not yet been released by the commission. But it is believed that the commission will release the result this month itself. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website from time to time so that no important information is missed.
