SSC CGL 2023 topper: The result of the Combined Examination 2022 conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) New Delhi, was announced on May 13, Saturday. In this, Mohit Chaudhary, a resident of Mangra village of Kishangarh tehsil of Rajasthan, has secured the first rank in the country. Mohit is selected as Income Tax Officer.
12 hours self-study
23-year-old Mohit has shared his secret of success, which includes self-study for 12 hours daily. Along with this, he has shared the role of online coaching. During SSC coaching, Mohit took Mathematics coaching from Math teacher Gagan Pratap.
Credit for success given to Maths teacher Gagan Pratap
After the result, upon reaching Delhi, Mohit met Gagan Pratap. During this, he said that it was possible to top SSC CGL-2022 under the guidance of Gagan Pratap Sir. He teaches Maths very well and his way of explaining math problems is very easy and time-saving. This helped in solving the questions quickly. He has also given the credit of his success to his parents.

Math teacher Gagan Pratap said that 10 to 12 hours of laptop is the biggest obstacle for the youth today. This is the reason why he left multimedia mobile three years back. Only use a mobile phone with a keypad. He studied all four subjects including Maths, English, Reasoning and GK with focus.
For the first time, this Group B exam was held on the new pattern. 16 lakh candidates qualified in the pre-qualify stage of this exam. After this, Mains paper was given, in which computer and typing test was given. The ranking was made by adding all the numbers. Significantly, 36 lakhs filled out the form in the SSC exam, and the ranking has been released on 30 thousand posts.
Rejects offer from Ministry of External Affairs
Mohit’s father Prabhulal is working in Jodhpur in the post of Subedar in the Indian Army. His mother Lalita is a housewife. Mohit’s studies have been done at the places of his father’s posting. Mohit started preparing for SSC CGL after doing engineering in Mechanical from Poona. He is currently preparing for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) while living in Jodhpur with his father. Mohit has a younger sister, Kalpana Choudhary. He does not want to leave his father and do a job. That’s why he rejected the offer from the Ministry of External Affairs.
