Selection Process:
The recruitment process for SBI PO 2025 will be conducted in three phases:
Phase I: Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination will be an objective test of 100 marks, covering three sections:
- English Language
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Ability
The exam will be of 1-hour duration.
Phase II: Main Examination
The Main Examination consists of two parts:
Objective Test (200 marks): This section will include Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge, and English Language.
Descriptive Test (50 marks): This will assess English language proficiency.
Phase III: Psychometric Test/Group Exercises/Interview
The final stage will include a Psychometric Test, Group Exercises (20 marks), and an Interview (30 marks). The final merit list will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in the Main Examination and Phase III, with scores normalized to 100 marks.
