The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is anticipated to announce the Non Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Computer Based Test (CBT)-1 Undergraduate (UG) results in the third week of October 2025. Once available, candidates can view and download the results on the official website of the board – rrb cdg.gov.in. Candidates who qualify the CBT-1 will now be eligible to take the CBT-II or typing skill test which makes them eligible for document verification and medical test, and upon passing this and the previous stage, they will then be eligible for the position.
Of the overall 3,445 vacancies, there are 2,022 vacancies for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, 361 for Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist, 990 for Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, and 72 for Trains Clerk. The mentioned positions are all Pay Level 2 and Pay Level 3 posts that have a beginning salary of Rs. 21,700 for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk and Rs. 19,900 for other posts.

Go to the official website of the railway board, rrbcdg.gov.in.
From the homepage, click on “NTPC Under Graduate Scorecard 2025” or “NTPC Under Graduate Result 2025” to see the scorecard or result respectively.
Input your registration number, date of birth and captcha code.
Then click “Login” and the result will show on your screen.
Download and save the result to refer later.
The e-call letters for the stage 2 (CBT 2) examination, if any, will also be available to download from the official websites of respective RRBs.
Details about the RRB NTPC UG CBT-1 Exam
RRB NTPC UG exam consisted of 100 Multiple Choice Questions, from those, questions were on the following sections: 40 questions on General Awareness, 30 questions on Mathematics, and 30 questions on General Intelligence and Reasoning. The entire exam lasted 90 minutes and had a negative marking of 1/3 of a mark for all the incorrect responses. The board published the answer key along with the response sheets of the examination taken on September 15, 2025.
