Revised dates for the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) exams in the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) 2025 have been announced. June 5 to June 24 will now be used for the first stage of the graduate-level CBT, so the total exam period will be one day longer than the earlier 15-day plan.
In the latest update, the RRB has confirmed the admit card will be sent out on June 1, four days ahead of the exam. You can obtain your admit card, exam city slip, e-call letter, and travel authority from the RRB regional website by using your user ID, password and captcha code.
More than 1.21 crore applicants have applied this year for over 11,900 posts, some for graduate and some for undergraduate categories. We will announce the test dates for UG programs separately at a different time.
Those taking the RRB NTPC exam will do so on a computer using the Computer Based Test system. You will have 90 minutes to complete 100 multiple-choice questions, each with one mark. Those who have been approved for a scribe are allowed an additional 30 minutes. You will get a minus one-third mark for every wrong answer you submit.
The CBT (computer-based test) for graduate-level posts is scheduled from June 5 to June 23, 2025, according to the official notice. Students will get their admit cards for the same on June 1, 2025.
For these openings under Undergraduate Posts (3,445 positions), there are jobs as Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Train Clerk, and Commercial cum Ticket Clerk.
In the Graduate category are posts such as Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Station Master (total of 8,113 vacancies).
