Railway RRB Group D Result 2022: Railway Recruitment Board has declared RRB Group D Result 2022 for various regions. The result link has started appearing on the website of Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Secunderabad, Chennai, Allahabad, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata and Guwahati RRBs. 

Candidates who appeared in the exam can check their results through the official website of RRB — indianrailways.gov.in — or the website of their respective zone.

RRB has said that the percentile score and normalization marks of the examinees will be released on December 27. Its link will be released on RRB websites. Candidates will be able to check their score till January 1, 2023, by entering their registration number and password.

Those candidates who have appeared for the exam and qualify for the exam are eligible to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test. The date and venue of the PET exam will be available to the candidates in due course.

The Railway Group D Recruitment Exam was conducted from 17 August 2022 to 11 October 2022 in five phases. 1.03 lakh posts of Group D will be recruited through the Railway Group D Recruitment Examination. 1 crore 15 lakh people had applied for the recruitment of Group D posts.

Selection will be done based on the normalized score

The Railway Group D CBT Exam was conducted in multiple sessions. The shortlisting of the candidates will be done based on “Normalized Marks” obtained by them. For this, the percentile score of each candidate will be converted into a “Normalized Score” by interpolation of raw scores in “Base Shift” using the standard mathematical formula of interpolation to fix minimum qualifying marks as well as give weightage to the marks.
