Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Rajasthan, has opened the application process for the Rajasthan BSTC Pre D.El.Ed Exam 2026 for the 2026–27 academic session. Interested candidates can apply online at predeledj2026.com, with the registration window closing on December 31, 2026. The entrance exam offers admission to approximately 26,000 seats across over 376 D.El.Ed colleges in Rajasthan. Candidates selected through this exam will enroll in the two-year D.El.Ed course for aspiring primary school teachers. Last year, more than five lakh candidates applied for the exam, with women accounting for around 70% of applicants.
Rajasthan BSTC Pre DElEd Exam 2026: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates from the general category must have secured at least 50% marks in Class 12. For SC, ST, OBC, and differently-abled candidates, the minimum requirement is 45% marks.
Age Limit: The maximum age for general category candidates is 28 years, while candidates from reserved categories are eligible for age relaxation as per the applicable reservation norms.

The application fee for the Rajasthan BSTC Pre D.El.Ed 2026 exam is Rs 450 for candidates applying for D.El.Ed in both General and Sanskrit courses. Those applying for D.El.Ed in either General or Sanskrit need to pay a fee of Rs 500.
