Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023: Prime Minister Narendra Modi also talked to students about the use of gadgets during the Pariksha Pe Charcha program. PM Modi said that people in India spend an average of 6 hours on screen. This is a matter of concern. Why be a slave to gadgets when God has given us an independent existence and a personality with limitless potential?
The Prime Minister said, ‘to believe in the power God has given you. Trust your smartness, not the smartness of gadgets. The smarter you are, the better you will be able to use gadgets. Use them wisely.’
Why does PM think that it’s our mistake to consider gadgets smarter than ourselves?
Prime Minister Modi said that first of all, you have to decide whether you are smart or gadget smart… sometimes you are smarter than yourself… you take your gadgets for granted and the mistake starts from there. The more smartly you use the gadget, the better the results will be.
PM Modi said that once you extricate yourself from the clutches of such misuse of technology, you will feel blissful. The moment you feel joy, you will have attained true freedom.
He advised the students to neither destroy their inner peace in the constant feeling of comparing and competing with their peers nor consider their exams as their life. There is a life beyond these too. The more positive and free you feel, the better you will do in life.
