NEET UG Result 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the result of the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET-UG) on September 7, 2022. Once the result is declared, candidates can download their results from the official website — neet.nta.nic.in

The NTA had said that the results of the Undergraduate (UG) medical entrance exam will be released by September 7. Earlier this week, the provisional answer key of NEET 2022 was released. Candidates were allowed to raise objections to the answer keys till September 2. Now with the window over, the final answer key and result of NEET will be out soon.

Along with the NEET UG results, NTA will also declare the category-wise cut-off marks and percentile. Those who score equal to or more than the cut-off score for their category can apply for admission to medical courses through All India Quota and State Quota counselling.

How to check the result

  • Visit the official website — neet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the link that reads ‘NEET UG 2022 result’, on the homepage
  • Enter the credentials as required
  • The result will display on the screen
  • Download the result and take a printout for further use

Expected Cut Off

NEET 2022 expected cut-off for general category candidates is 50 percentile and for SC, ST, and OBC category candidates it is 40 percentile. The candidates who qualify with the required percentage will secure admission to the college.

Selection

Candidates can raise objections on the NEET answer key. The final answer key and result will be prepared by NTA based on the evaluation of their inputs.

Every year, more than 15 lakh candidates appear in the NEET UG 2022 exam. NEET (UG) – 2022 exam was conducted in pen and paper mode in 13 languages.
