NEET UG 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the registration for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2023 from today, March 6, 2023. Interested candidates can apply now at the official NTA website – neet.nta.nic.in – 

Registration is to start today 

As per the information, the National Testing Agency, NTA was expected to start the NEET UG registration on March 01, 2023. However, NTA later confirmed that the registration process would begin in the subsequent week. Media reports further state that the registration is expected to start today.

NTA has already announced the exam calendar for the year 2023 to 2024. Accordingly, the NEET UG 2023 exam is scheduled to be held on May 07, 2023. Every year more than 16 lakh students appear in the NEET exam. The test will be held in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu languages.

Learn Aptitude

Last year, NTA removed the maximum age limit for the candidates aspiring to appear in the exam. However, the candidates must be at least 17 years of age for admission under all categories. Candidates must be 17 years of age as of 31st December during the year of admission.

To appear for this exam, candidates must have appeared in 10+2 exams with Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Bio-Technology and English as the main subjects. Any other information can be checked in the official notification.

  • Click on the NEET UG 2023 link available on the home page
  • Enter login details and fill out the application form
  • Pay the application fee
  • Once done, click on submit
  • The application has been submitted
  • Download the page and keep a hard copy of it for further need

NEET UG 2023: Registration Fee

  • General category students: Rs 1,600 + GST
  • Students from outside India: Rs 8,500 + GST
  • Gen-EWS/ OBC-NCL category students: Rs 1,500 + GST
  • SC/ST/PWBD/Third Gender category students: Rs 900 + GST
