Born on October 13, 1998, in Delhi, Srishti had a tough upbringing. After her parents separated, she was raised single-handedly by her mother. At a very young age, she resolved to change her mother’s life and make her proud.
Academic Background
Srishti completed her schooling at Ganga International School, where she excelled academically, topping the CBSE Class 12 board exams in 2016-17 with an impressive 96.33%. She completed her master’s in Political Science from IGNOU and later redirected her focus towards cracking the UPSC exam.

Unlike most aspirants who dedicated their entire day to studies, Srishti was burdened with both professional and personal responsibilities. She prepared for UPSC while working in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in Mumbai. Her days were occupied by a regular 9-5 job, but she studied relentlessly during evenings, nights, and even lunch breaks. Against all odds, Srishti cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 with an AIR Rank 6 without any coaching.
