LIC ADO 2023 prelims: The result of the apprenticeship development officer ADO preliminary examination for 2023 has been announced by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Applicants can check the result on the official website — licindia.in —
The exam was held on March 12, 2023. The examination was based on objective type reasoning, numerical ability and English language. The mains exam is scheduled to be held on April 23, 2023. The recruitment aims to fill a total of 9,394 vacancies.

LIC ADO 2023 prelims: Salary
The basic pay is Rs 21,865/- per month. The average salary of a LIC trainee officer is around INR 34,503,000/- per month at present.

To be selected for this position, applicants must ensure cut-off marks in each section and should also receive minimum marks in the total to qualify for the Preliminary, Main and interview rounds. Candidates who are selected shall be required to appoint appropriate candidates as LIC Agents and to train them in good practice while assisting agents with the sale of LIC insurance policies.
