JoSAA Counseling 2023: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) on Wednesday declared the result of the round 3 counselling.

JoSAA Counseling 2023: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) on Tuesday announced that the result for the Round 3 Counseling will be declared on July 12. Candidates who have participated in the third round of JoSAA counselling can the seat allotment result on JoSAA’s official website – josaa.nic.in.

All the students who appeared for admission at IITs, NIITs, IIITs, and other 116 government technical institutions through JoSAA counselling will be able to download their scorecards from the official website of JoSAA.

As per the official schedule, the results are slated to be declared following 5 PM and the candidates will be able to check their results of round 3 seat allotment through their credentials on the official website.

JoSAA round 3 seat allotment result: How to download?

  1. Visit the official website – josaa.nic.in.
  2. On the homepage, click on the link “Round 3 Seat Allotment Result”.
  3. You will be directed to the candidate login page.
  4. Enter your Application Number and Password.
  5. Seat Allotment Result 2023 will be released.
  6. Download JoSAA Seat Allotment Result 2023.

After the results of the JoSAA round 3 seat allotment 2023 are announced, the next step for the candidates will be to pay the seat acceptance fee latest by July, 14.

The selected candidates will have to pay Rs. 35000/- as the seat acceptance fee, while those belonging to the reserved category including SC, ST, and PwD will have to pay Rs. 15000/-.

Notable, JoSAA informs the students that it is mandatory to pay the seat acceptance fee within the stipulated time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat. The seats are allotted on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidates in JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Those who get high ranks in these entrance exams are more likely to get courses or colleges of their choice.

About Round 4 Counseling

The candidates who are unsatisfied with the course/college allotted in the third round can also appear for the fourth round of counselling, the result of which will be declared on July 16.

The results for the second round of counselling were announced on July 6. The candidates were allowed to report online which includes fee payment/document upload/response by the candidate to query (if required) for Round-1 latest by July, 4.
