New Delhi: The first shift of the JEE Main 2022 paper 2 has been successfully concluded by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam went on for a length of three hours. The exam began at 9 am to 12 pm for B.Arch and B.Plan streams. The students found that paper-1 of JEE Mains exam 2022 was moderate and no error was spotted.

The students further informed that the exam was conducted with the Covid-19 protocols were properly followed. The students were not allowed to enter the examination hall without the provision of JEE Main 2022 admit card and a valid ID proof.

JEE Main 2022 Exam: BArch question paper analysis

Mathematics: Moderate to Difficult level. The numerical questions had few lengthy questions which involved calculations. The chapter of 3D Geometry had more weightage then rest of the the chapters.

Aptitude: Easy to Moderate level. Most of the questions were from 3-Dimensional Figures.

Drawing: Easy level. A question was based on drawing and coloring a scene of the festival of Holi. There was a question on color scheme of the logo of Burger King. Another question sought redrawing a given figure with an appropriate proportion (1:500).

JEE MAIN 2022 Exam: BPlan question paper analysis

Mathematics: Moderate level. A few questions were from calculus. More weightage was given to Vector and amp; 3-D Geometry.

Aptitude: Easy to Moderate level. Questions were asked mostly from 3D shapes being viewed from various angles.

Planning: Easy level. A few questions were asked from Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC).


JEE Main exam 2022 is a computer-based exam and will be conducted in two sessions- June and July and two shifts in each session. The date of exam for the first session which is being held in June are from June 23 to June 29. While the JEE Main 2022 exam for the second session will be held from July 21 to July 30, 2022.
