New Delhi: The result of Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2023 has been declared, in which 43 candidates have secured 100 percentile.
To get admission in engineering colleges, candidates not only have to clear the exam but they also have to follow the admission criteria of the colleges.
Only these candidates will be able to take admission
Also, students must have passed class 12 exam in 2021 or 2022 from any recognized education board to be eligible to appear for JEE Main 2023.
Additionally, applicants must have secured at least 75 percent marks in qualifying. Examination (65 percent marks for reserved category) to be eligible to appear in the examination.
The counseling for admission to IITs, NITs and IIITs is conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) and the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) for candidates who qualify JEE Main and Advanced. JoSAA conducts counseling for IIT admission as well as for NIT, IIIT and others.

For the information of the students, the counseling of Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will start from June 19. In which IIT, NIT, TripleIT and Government Funded Institute will be included.
JEE Main will also conduct two rounds of mock seat allotment of JEE Mains before the 2023 round of counseling to help students understand the process. Candidates can check the total number of seats in JEE Main 2023 online through the seat matrix.
Students participating in JEE Main 2023 counseling will have to go through several steps from registration to choice filling.
