JEE Main Counselling 2023: The country’s top engineering entrance exam will be conducted by JEE Advanced (IIT Guwahati) on June 4, 2023. The counselling for admission to IITs, NITs and IIITs for candidates who qualify for JEE Main and Advanced will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) and the Central Seat Allotment Board (CSAB).
JoSAA 2023 Counselling starts from this day
JoSAA authority will conduct the counselling for IIT JEE Main 2023 in 6 rounds and the Joint Seat Allotment Authority will start the process of JoSAA 2023 registration and choice filling on the official website. JEE Mains counselling registration date is June 19, 2023.

Only registered candidates will be eligible to enrol in NTA JEE Main 2023 counselling. Candidates are advised to check JEE Main counselling eligibility before applying. JEE Main counselling 2023 through JoSAA includes steps like registration, choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment and payment of seat acceptance fee.

JEE Advanced 2023 exam details
The country’s top engineering entrance exam JEE Advanced will be conducted by IIT Guwahati on June 4, 2023. So far more than 1 lakh 70 thousand students have applied for the JEE-Advanced exam. Paper-1 is scheduled from 9 am to 12 pm and Paper-2 from 2:30 am to 5:30 am. Admission is available on about 16 thousand 538 seats in 23 IITs in the country through JEE Advanced exam. According to several media reports, the admit card for the JEE-Advanced exam will be released on May 29.
Results will be released by June 18
After the exam, its provisional answer key will be available on June 11 and objections can be raised till June 12. The result of the exam will be declared on June 18 at 10 am.
Who will be able to give JEE Advanced exam?
Only those candidates who are successful in JEE Main January and April session examinations and secure the top 2 lahks 50 thousand All India Ranks are eligible for JEE Advanced exam. In this, 1 lakh 1 thousand 250 general categories, 25 thousand general EWS category, 67 thousand 500 OBC, 37 thousand 500 SC and 18 thousand 750 ST candidates will be included.
