JEE Main 2023 session 2 result: According to the media reports, The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the result of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023 today (April 24). As per session 1 result trends, along with BTech paper results NTA will also release the final answer key. Once the result is announced, candidates can check it through the official website — jeemain.nta.nic.in — The session 2 exams were conducted on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15.
The last date to challenge the provisional key was April 21, 2023. NTA will release the final answer key and results after analyzing the provisional key.
JEE Main 2023 session 2 result: Expected category-wise cut-offs
In comparison to last year, it is expected that cut-offs for session 2 will be higher this year. It’s because as experts say, general difficulties for examination session 2 are likely to be easier than last year.

- Click on the ‘JEE Mains 2023 session 2 result’ link, available on the homepage
- Now, enter the necessary credentials and click on submit
- The result will appear on the screen
- Check the result carefully and download it
- Take a printout of the JEE Main session 2 results for future reference
JEE Main 2023 session 2 result: How does NTA calculate the scores?
The best of both JEE Main 2023 trials shall be taken into account when preparing a merit list and ranking if the candidate appears in more than one test. NTA shall assign the raw scores to the marks which are acquired. For each subject, the JEE Scoreboard will show a score of all subjects in addition to the total scores. NTA shall use the tiebreaker method to determine the final rankings in case 2 or more candidates are given the same score.
According to the marking scheme, for every correct answer 4 marks will be given and for the Incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted. no negative marks will be cut in the exam.
