The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has introduced a new recruitment process to welcome candidates who have passed Class 10 and are looking for government jobs. It is also for various Group-C posts like Motor Transport Driver and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). The deadline for submitting applications is November 11.

Candidates who are 18 to 30 years old can apply, depending on the post.

Qualification Criteria
Candidates must have passed Class 10 from a recognised board of education. Candidates for the Motor Transport Driver post have to have a valid Heavy and Light Motor Vehicle driving licence and at least two years experience driving.
Other posts require at least two years of relevant experience and service on a boat (Lascar 1st Class post) for three years.
The upper age limits for MTS and Motor Vehicle Driver posts are 18 to 27 years, while for Lascar the upper age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation will be available for government servants as per rules.
How to Apply
The mode of application will be offline. Candidates are requested to download the application form from the official notification and take a printout. The application form should be filled with all the necessary details in English or Hindi and a recent passport-size photograph should be affixed in the desired box. Applicants are required to attach self-attested photocopies of all the requisite documents, namely proof of age, educational qualifications, caste certificate (if applicable), valid photo id, and two photographs with the application form. Rs 50 postal stamp may also be attached along with the application form. The completed application should be sent to:
