Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website, icsi.edu. Entry to the examination centre will not be permitted without a valid admit card. The document includes the candidate’s name and photograph, registration information, full exam timetable, exam centre address, and important instructions for exam day.
“The E-Admit Cards of eligible students for appearing in the December 2025 Session of CS Executive and Professional Programme Examinations, scheduled to be held from 22nd December 2025 to 29th December 2025, have been uploaded on the website of the Institute at www.icsi.edu,” states the official website.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the notification for the CS Executive/Professional Admit Card – December 2025 session.
Step 3: Enter your 17-digit registration number along with the captcha code.
Step 4: Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download the admit card PDF.
Step 6: Take a clear colour printout and keep it safely for future reference.

After downloading the admit card, promptly verify your name, photograph, signature, exam date and time, subject-wise schedule, and the full address of the examination centre. If you notice any discrepancies, contact the ICSI helpdesk without delay.
ICSI CS December 2025: Exam day guidelines
— Candidates must carry the admit card in original printed form. Digital or mobile copies will not be accepted.
— Reach the examination centre at least one hour before the reporting time mentioned on the hall ticket to complete all entry procedures without hassle.
— Keep 3–4 photocopies of the admit card as a backup in case the original is misplaced.
— Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, handwritten or printed notes, books, and any other study material are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. Possession of such items will lead to immediate disqualification with no scope for leniency.
