Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check and download their HTET 2025 scorecards online. According to media reports, the overall pass percentage this year is 14%, reflecting the competitive nature of the exam. The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) was conducted on July 30 and 31 to determine the eligibility of candidates aspiring to become teachers in government schools across the state.
The exam was held in three levels, Primary Teacher (PRT) for classes 1 to 5, Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for classes 6 to 8, and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for classes 9 to 12. Each level was designed to assess candidates’ subject knowledge, teaching aptitude, and understanding of child development as per their chosen category.

Haryana HTET Results 2025: Passing criteria
To pass the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025, candidates must meet the minimum marks set by the Board. General category candidates need at least 90 out of 150 marks (60%), while Scheduled Caste (SC) and Physically Challenged candidates from Haryana must score 83 marks (55%) to qualify.
Candidates who clear the HTET 2025 and complete the biometric verification process will be issued an HTET Eligibility Certificate. This certificate carries lifetime validity, allowing qualified teachers to apply for government teaching jobs in Haryana without retaking the exam. It is a mandatory document for both permanent and contractual teaching positions in the state.
