GATE 2023: The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) mock test link has been activated by the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). Applicants who have registered themselves for this exam can take the mock test 2023 on the official website — gate.iitk.a.in —
Candidates will need to decide which GATE question paper they want to use for their practice exam. The GATE 2022 examination from last year will serve as the foundation for the mock exam. It also tries to acquaint the pupils with the format and style of the exams.
IIT Kanpur said, “The exam environment is very similar to what you will experience during the actual exam. However, there may be certain changes in the final version of the exam. Also, some of the features may not be enabled in the current links.”
The GATE 2023 examination dates are set for February 4, 5, 11, and 12. The GATE 2023 practice test has a total time limit of 180 minutes, the same as the real test. The question paper will be divided into two sections: a subject-specific component with 85 points worth of questions and a general aptitude (GA) section with 15 marks. Students should be aware that each wrong response will receive a lower grade.

- Visit the official website — gate.iitk.a.in —
- On the homepage, click on the mock test link
- Now, click on the link of the paper appearing for the login
- The portal will appear, in which enter the details
- After that, click on sign in tab and the question papers will appear
- A timer will be included in the test to keep track of the passing time and halt when it is finished
