Earlier, NTA conducted CUET 2022 in two phases. However, it got postponed due to technical glitches and later divided the examination into six phases from July 15 to August 30, 2022.

This year, the medium question paper consists of 13 languages (English, Hindi along with regional languages i.e., Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu). The reason behind this is the candidates from different regions could attempt the question paper in their medium and feel comfortable writing and understand the pattern/method of the examination.
