CUET UG 2023: University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairperson Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar said on Monday that the dates for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2023 registration process for undergraduate courses (UG courses) will be announced in a few days. Once the registration portal is activated, candidates will be able to apply at the official website — cuet.samarth.ac.in

The details about the registration process were shared by UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar on his official Twitter account. The tweet read, “The Registration and application process of Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) – 2023] for admission to Undergraduate Programmes into Central Universities and other Participating Universities will be announced in a couple of days #CUET.”

As per the official notice, CUET UG 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to May 31. The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in English and 12 other Indian languages. The exam will be conducted in 13 languages- Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu and will be conducted across 1000 exam centres in the country out of which 450-500 exam centres will be used for the exam on each day.

CUET UG 2023: How to register? 

  • Visit the official website — cuet.samarth.ac.in
  • Register by filling in your credentials like full name, date of birth and email etc.
  • Once registered, sign in using your application number and password.
  • Fill out the online application form by filling in all the required documents.
  • Pay the Examination Fee.
  • Take a printout or download the payment receipt for future reference.
