CSIR UGC NET June 2025 Results Out: Download Your Scorecard With THESE Simple Steps

The CSIR-UGC NET June 2025 results have now been officially declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and candidates can download their scorecards from the official website - csirnet.nta.ac.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2025 session result. All candidates that took the examination can now find their scorecard and download it from the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in.

The Joint CSIR-UGC NET examination took place in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode on July 28, 2025, in 218 cities throughout the country and was conducted in two shifts and consisted of five subjects.

Overall there were 1,14,339 female registrations, with 86,777 appearing, and there were 80,894 male registrations and 60,950 appeared. There were eight registrations from the third gender and five test-takers, so there was inclusion. Life Sciences had the largest group of candidates, with 78,949 registrations having 60,213 appearing for the test, followed by Chemical Sciences that had 43,313 candidates that registered with 32,987 appearing for the test.

The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) reported total registrations of 35,529 for the Mathematical Sciences, of which 26,644 candidates completed the exam. The Physical Sciences reported total registrations of 30,345 with 22,734 candidates. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean & Planetary Sciences had 7,105 total registrations, with 5,154 candidates who took the exam.

Candidates can download their scorecards by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website: csir net.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link “CSIR UGC NET June 2025 Scorecard.”

Step 3: Enter your application number and date of birth/password to log in.

Step 4: Click on “Download Score Card.”

Step 5: Save the PDF and take a printout for future reference.

The CSIR-UGC NET is among the most significant national-level eligibility tests conducted in India: a potential stepping stone for candidates seeking to receive Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or Lectureship/Assistant Professorship options and admission to Ph.D. programmes in a university or research institute at the national level.
