Central Bank Of India Recruitment 2022: Central Bank Of India is looking for eligible candidates for the Company Secretary post in Senior Management Grade V (SPECIALIST) in the Bank for the Financial Year 2022 to 2023. The application forms will start on August 25, 2022, and close on September 5, 2022. Applicants are informed that the tentative date of the interview is September 15, 2022. Once the selection is done, candidates will be posted in Mumbai.

Selection will be done based on personal interviews after shortlisting of applications. 

Education- Applicant should have mandatory Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Other qualifications (Desirable): LL.B, C.A, I.C.W.A, F.R.M

Experience- Applicants should have experience of a minimum of 7 year’s in SEBI/companies Act/RBI related compliance/filings and secretarial functions and Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.

Pay Scale- SMG SCALE V 89890-2500/2-94890-2730/2-100350

Probation Period- The probation for one year which can be extended by a further period depends on performance.
