CBSE Result 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will begin with the process of re-evaluation and verification for classes 10 and 12. Students who are not satisfied with their board exam marks can send their answer sheets for re-evaluation and verification. Students can download the mark sheet from the CBSE website – cbse.gov.in, DigiLocker, and UMANGapp.
CBSE Result 2023: Photocopy of Class 10 and 12 evaluation answer script
Class 10 and 12 students have the option to get a photocopy of their evaluation answer script. “Only those candidates who apply for verification will be able to apply for obtaining photocopy of answer books on that/those subjects,” the CBSE circular read.
CBSE Result 2023: Fees structure
While applying for the re-valuation and verification, Students have to pay the fee per subject. For verification of marks, the students have to pay Rs 500. However, for a photocopy of the answer book class 12 students have to pay Rs 700 whereas Class 10 students will have to pay Rs 500 only.
CBSE Result 2023: How to apply?
- Visit the CBSE’s official websites- cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on the direct link to apply for the CBSE Revaluation application
- To proceed further, enter the login credentials
- The Re-evaluation/ Rechecking form will appear on the screen
- Fill out all the required details
- Now, pay the fee and then click on the final submit button
- Download and take a print for future reference

CBSE Result 2023: Overall pass percentage
According to the CBSE Board results declaration, Trivandrum once again had the best pass percentage out of the 16 areas. For both the CBSE Class 10 and 12 results in 2023, Bengaluru and Chennai kept their respective second and third places. Students who failed two or more exams must take the CBSE compartment exams or improvement tests.
The overall pass percentage for CBSE Class 12 pupils was 87.33%. Around 1,25,705 pupils are classified as compartment students this year based on the information that is currently available.
Post-result psychological counselling for kids and parents has been started by CBSE. Up until May 27, 2023, the facility will be accessible.
“Those who think they could have done better need not be disheartened as one exam cannot define them. Keep trying and give your best shot,” said Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu in a tweet.
