CBSE Class 12 Biology Exam 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the CBSE Class 12 Biology Exam 2023 on March 16, 2023. Students preparing for Biology papers can download and practice the previous year’s question papers here.

CBSE Class 12 Biology Exam 2023: Paper pattern 

The Biology exam will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The question paper will be of a total of 70 marks. Students will get full 3 hours to solve all the questions. It is to be noted that there will be no choice, however, internal choices will be provided in some questions. The question paper on Biology will have 5 sections.

Section A – Contains 16 questions, each of 1 mark.

Section B – 5 questions of 2 marks each.

Section C – Consists of 7 questions of 3 marks each.

Section D – It has 2 case-based questions of 4 marks each.

Section E – The last section has 3 questions of 5 marks each.

It will be compulsory to attempt all the questions with some internal choices in some questions. Students are advised to solve CBSE Class 12 Biology Sample Paper Questions 2022-23 to score better in the final CBSE Class 12 Biology board exam.

The class 12 exams started on 15th February and will end on 5th April 2023. While the board exams for class 10 began on February 15 and will end on March 21, 2023. Students can also refer to CBSE Sample Question Papers (MCQs) and Marking Scheme (MS) to understand the question pattern and chapter weightage. This also gives you an idea of which topics are being repeated in the board exams over the years.
